Centris Federal Credit Union is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Omaha, NE

Position: Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Centris Headquarters (132nd & Pacific)

General Summary:

At Centris Federal Credit Union we are on a mission to revolutionize the way HR operates, and we need a passionate and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team! Aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Perform administrative duties of a confidential nature under general supervision to support the employment population and Human Resources team.

What you'll do:

  • Provide leadership to the organization and staff by promoting and modeling the Centris Vision, Mission, Team Principles and Service Promises.
  • Provide unparalleled service to both internal and external members in accordance with the Centris Service Promises.
  • Uphold a strong level of detail, time management and organizational skills.
  • Support the Human Resources and Learning & Development teams with administrative functions such as: Audits, department file maintenance, mail distribution, manage department email queue, manage NMLS program, directing calls, assist with employee engagement & team building events.
  • Procure employee name tags, name plates and business cards.
  • Process employment verifications and unemployment claims.
  • Data entry in HRIS system and run reports. Assist end users with account resets and general HRIS assistance.
  • Administer the performance evaluation process, analyze performance reviews for rating consistency, and grammatical and/or spelling improvement, dates, and content. Process merit increases and schedule next review dates in the HRIS system. Work closely with the Payroll Specialist to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Update employee files and forms in accordance with the labor contract and management increase matrixes and save all necessary information in appropriate areas. File and scan various documents in employee personnel files, department files, confidential files, and binders. Coordinate storage of permanent records according to policy.
  • Facilitate employee relations to ensure a high level of engagement. Manage employee engagement stay interviews and exit interviews.
  • Process and analyze turnover reports monthly, identify trends, and make solution recommendations.
  • Responsible for company store, rewards program, recognition, wellness reimbursement forms, tuition reimbursement and human resources internal intranet site communication and documents.
  • Inventory, order, and organize department swag.
  • Utilize general human resources expertise to assist in general duties within the department, to support employees and leadership.
  • Completes special projects as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.

Experience

Required
  • 1 year(s): Experience providing administrative support in a Human Resources field.

Education

Required
  • Associates or better in Human Resource Administration or related field
Preferred
  • Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration
